Products and use

Our products are agricultural inputs: botanical pesticides, micronutrient fertilizers, growth promoters and organic manures. They are sold for agricultural and gardening use only.
Always read the label and leaflet before use, and follow the dose and safety directions given there. Results depend on crop, soil, weather, pest pressure and how the product is applied, so we cannot guarantee a particular result.
Keep products away from children, food and animal feed.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Any delivery charge is shown before you pay.
Payment is taken in advance by UPI, debit / credit card or net banking through Razorpay. We do not offer cash on delivery.
We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

Orders

An order is accepted once payment is successful. You will see a payment ID on screen.
We may cancel an order - for example if a product is out of stock, the PIN code cannot be served by our courier, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, we refund the full amount as described in our refund policy.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction over any dispute.
