Refund & Cancellation Policy
When you can cancel, return or get a refund.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Call or WhatsApp us with your payment ID and we will refund the full amount. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged, leaking or wrong items
- If a pack arrives damaged or leaking, or you receive the wrong product, tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send a photo or video of the parcel and the product on WhatsApp, with your payment ID.
- We will send a replacement free of charge or refund the amount for that item - whichever you prefer.
What we cannot take back
For safety, opened or used packs of pesticides and fertilizers cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns because a product did not give the result expected, since results depend on crop, soil, weather and application.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account) within 5 - 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Orders we cannot deliver
If our courier cannot deliver to your PIN code, we will contact you and refund the full amount.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.
