What we collect

When you order: your name, mobile number, email (if given), delivery address and the items ordered.
When you pay: payment is handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment ID and status, but never your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
When you contact us: what you send us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Your cart is kept only in your own browser until you order.

How we use it

To process, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
To answer your questions and give product advice.
To keep accounts and GST records, as the law requires.

Who we share it with

Only with the companies that help us complete your order: Razorpay (payments), our courier partners (delivery) and our website host. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your other details at any time.
